Cancellation Policy

Hey there,

If you have signed up for a class, workshop, or series but need to cancel, you must do so at least 6 hours prior to the class time to avoid cancellation charges/penalties.

Viva Whole Food orders must be submitted by 6pm for noon orders, 3pm for morning orders onthe day before pick-up. No shows for food order pick-up will have the cost of the order charged to their account.

All cancellations must be made through your online account or by directly text messaging/ phoning 204-573-8235 before the cancellation deadline. Your class will be returned as a class credit onto your online account and will remain there for you to use towards your next reservation.

If you do not cancel your class at least 6 hours prior to the start time, you will be charged as though you attended, and a class will be deducted from your account. For Viva Members monthly unlimited accounts, one day will be deducted from your package for each late cancel that occurs. 

Due to our cozy space we have a limited number of participants who can join each class. We completely understand that life can be chaotic and things come up, however, to make it fair for other participants we are asking for as much notice as possible to give to those who may be on the waitlist.
